Windermere Launches Leading Video Production Division for Agents

For the last 6 months, Windermere Exclusive Properties agents have had the opportunity to experience the power of visual communication. Picture Perfect Productions, the fledgling Windermere division run by Barry Fisch, owner of Flash It First provides Windermere agents with exclusive access to state of the art, in-house videography and photography to support their marketing efforts. The new division represents a bold step forward in technology for Windermere, and agents are already seeing the positive effects.
Today’s homeowners overwhelmingly report that photos and videos are the most important features they use when searching for a home. “At Windermere Exclusive Properties we give our agents the most advanced tools available so they can give their clients exactly what they are looking for,” said Steve Rodgers, President of Windermere Exclusive Properties. “They want to see moving videos, detailed property tours and numerous photos and this product provides that.”
The Picture Perfect team is led by the Production Director, Barry Fisch, a professional photographer and videographer. His team can create full motion videos that far exceed the traditional virtual tour with superior quality and the flexibility of multiple media formats. Prior to founding Flash It First, Barry Fisch worked in Broadway production, Disney and Pixar.
Windermere Exclusive Properties has created a green screen studio at their Escondido office location. Agents have found this new amenity to be very valuable as they are now able to create high end video segments in a “virtual studio” or superimpose their video onto other media.
“It’s exciting to work with agents who understand the value these new capabilities provide the consumer as well as Windermere,” said Barry Fisch, Program Director of Picture Perfect Productions.
Picture Perfect Productions also films Windermere company events including company wide meetings and most recently Windermere’s Community Service Day. Fisch and Picture Perfect Productions have also filmed a number of Windermere’s training programs. Some of the filmed training programs include Scott Peck’s Open House and Erica Vautier’s, Director of Marketing, Twitter for Real Estate course.
The next event Picture Perfect Productions and Barry Fisch will cover is the 2009 Santaluz Summer Music Festival on July 18th, where Windermere has signed on to be the title sponsor. The evening includes a host of wonderful performances, including: Eli Mattson (finalist from America’s Got Talent), Starship (”We Built this City”) and Skip Martin (the lead singer of Kool & The Gang). Guests will also enjoy a tapas-style food promenade during the reception and a fireworks display!
Along with his dedicated work to Windermere, Barry Fisch has also provided his skills to the community as a video resource. He filmed and donated a video to the Helen Woodward Animal Center. The production was filmed at their annual Spring Fling Gala in Fairbanks Ranch and sponsored by Windermere Exclusive Properties.

Picture Perfect Productions is a full service multi-media company that provides our agents with a convenient, in-house resource for professional photography, virtual tours and video services.
Traditional virtual tours feature a slideshow of still photography. At Picture Perfect Productions we take it to the next level by incorporating live video into our tours.
Suddenly, fountains have flowing water, palm trees blow in the wind and waves crash onto beaches.
The live video makes our virtual tours stand out from the competition and attracts more attention from home buyers.

We built a Production Studio in our Escondido office complete with a custom Green Screen! Agents can be filmed at our production studio in front of a green background. In post-production, the green screen can be replaced with any other background.

Video Montage: Scenes from our Company Meeting & Happy Hour

The Company Meeting and Happy Hour attracted a hundred guests. We ate, drank, networked and some of us even left with great prizes.
We heard from Company President, Mark Loscher about the industry and Windermere’s plans for the future. He told us how Windermere is building a strong foundation for our agents and that they are in the right place for when the market turns.
Director of Business Development and Branch Manager twice-over, Rich Johnson announced our new in-house Insurance Division. JBL Premier Insurance offers home, auto, life, and business insurance services. Having our own Insurance Division will help Windermere agents give their clients comprehensive service.
We did live demonstrations of our new blog site and I gave agents their first peak at our new Agent Resource Center. As it’s name suggest, our Agent Resource Center is a single website (linked to Picture Perfect San Diego) that our agents can go to for company news, industry updates, video training, marketing and listing material, a live company calendar and so much more!
