We all know that San Diego is known for its beautiful climate, and as I write this blog on February 1st, 2009 (Superbowl Sunday) we are enjoying our typical blue skies with 75 degree temperatures. With that said, its all about living outdoors! Walking, jogging, bicycling, swimming, golfing; you name it, if it has to do with the great outdoors, San Diego has it! All within moments from our award winning community at Solara Lofts.
Within a short walk from Solara Lofts is one of the Downtown area’s bountiful recreational resources: Balboa Park providing museums, outdoor recreational areas, and much much more. Within the park is The Morley Field Sports Complex. Located at Texas and Upas Streets in the northeast corner of the Park, this complex offers a vast array of sporting opportunities from tennis, swimming and archery to disc golf, bocci ball and velodrome cycling.
