Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Two plus years of related experience in a marketing department or consumer-focused organization.
Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail orientated.
A customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of real estate, title and /or mortgage business helpful. Familiarity with California Department of Real Estate procedures and regulations is preferred but not required.
Strong Computer Skills Required:
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Photoshop (full Design Suite a plus)
- WordPress
Marketing Skills:
- Strong understanding of blogging and SEO
- Ability to maintain multiple social media accounts
- Ability to effectively teach marketing strategy on a one-on-one basis and also in a classroom environment
- Graphic design skills
