Rental Needed at 4S Ranch
As we are seeing, the demand for rentals has skyrocketed in parallel to Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Bankruptcies. I have clients who are renting their homes instead of selling them when they move. Others who are purchasing investments not to flip, but to rent out.
I have a family of four who are relocating to San Diego from Texas, dad works at Sony. They need a min. 3 bedroom home for rent in the 4S, and they can spend up to $2700 for a house or condo. They would like to have a few choices other than just the one I have listed, which I will show them today. That is the second part of my Post.
