Real Living Lifestyles is honored to announce Kim Carlson as their 2012 #2 Top Producer for the highest gross commission income and number of transactions closed of all individual agents at the brokerage in San Diego County’s 8 offices. She has been in the top one to three percent of agents nationwide as well as in her office almost every year since starting her career.
When Carlson was in college her parents used to take her to look at open houses for fun on Sundays after church. “That was kind of our thing and we really enjoyed it,” she says. Then when she got married she and her husband would look at homes occasionally. One day she ran into a realtor at an open house who looked at her and her three young children and said, “You can sell real estate part time and make a lot of money.” Carlson knew she enjoyed looking at real estate, but had doubts about whether or not she could sell it. She decided to give it a try, and after getting her license, quickly realized that she’d have to work more than full time to make any money! Kim was fortunate in the fact that she loved selling real estate. “That helped me to put in the hours that it took to be successful,” said Carlson.

Real Living Lifestyles is honored to announce Michele Massion as their 2012 #1 Individual Top Producer for Most Transactions Closed. She has held this honor of the highest number of transactions closed for four years. She is also #13 in highest gross commission income. In 2009 she was awarded #1 in sales volumes and in 2010 was #2 in sales volume. Also in 2009 and 2012 she was presented with the Gold award in the Carlsbad office. On a personal level Ken says, “Helping first time buyers is one of his greatest experiences I’ve been through.” Even with all of his success in real estate, Ken says the proudest moment in his life was the day, “my daughter handed me her son and said ‘Gavin, this is your Papa.’” Even with the title “Papa” his playlist still has eighties rock and Alan Jackson.
