Exclusive Properties ANNOUNCES
NEW OFFICE LOCATION SERVING SOLANA BEACH AND DEL MAR
October 1, 2009 (San Diego, CA) – Exclusive Properties continues to expand throughout San Diego. Their newest office, the highly anticipated location serving Solana Beach and Del Mar, is set to open soon. The office is located in Solana Beach at the corner of Lomas Santa Fe Drive and Cedros Avenue, and acts as Gateway into the exclusive Cedros Shopping and Design District. The site is a stone’s throw from the water and will continue to attract more agents to the fastest growing real estate agency in Southern California.

“I don’t think any business could ask for a better location. Solana Beach is such a great community and to be right on the edge of the 101 makes our new office that much more accessible for not only our agents but also potential clients,” said Steve Rodgers.
Over the past year Exclusive Properties has created a large footprint in the real estate market. Many real estate agents have made the transition from a number of agencies, both small and large to join the Exclusive Properties Team. While Exclusive Properties had previous locations all through out North County San Diego, they did not have a Solana Beach office to consider home. As a result, Exclusive Properties Presidents Steve Rodgers took to the streets in search of a new location.
The new location couldn’t be better as Exclusive Properties now offers agents an office to better serve Solana Beach and Del Mar.

Childhood Hunger is a reality for children in America. By the end of the year, more than 12 million children in America will worry about having the food they need.
The Solution and How We Can Help
Share Our Strength® is the leading national organization working to make sure that no kid grows up hungry in America. By raising funds through programs like Share Our Strength’s The Great American Dine Out, Share Our Strength weaves together a net of community food programs to catch children at risk of hunger and ensure they have nutritious food where they live, work and play.
Share Our Strength’s Great American Dine Out helps raise critical funds for organizations in communities across America. Share Our Strength grants the money raised during the Great American Dine Out to community programs across the country that provide help to children at risk of hunger in America.

My San Diego STAYcation: Opening Day at the Del Mar Races 2009
Posted by Erica Vautier Liodice | Currently 4 Comments »
Last week I wrote a blog post outlining the 5 NEW Things I plan to do on my San Diego STAY-cation*.
So far I am off to a great start! On July 22 I went to Opening Day at the Del Mar Races, the first item on my list.
Our day started off at Miller’s Field in Pacific Beach. About 30 friends gathered at the local bar and waited for The Bounce to arrive. The Bounce is a fantastic party bus that offers a great alternative to drunk driving or expensive cabs. We loaded the coolers with drinks and spent the 1-hour trip socializing and ignoring the traffic.

The race track was crazy on opening day! There were thousands of people swirling around in fun dresses and over sized hats, myself included. Truth be told, getting dressed up and posing for countless photos with my friends was the highlight of the day. Once we got to the fairgrounds, the day was a blur. We were hopping from restaurant to restaurant, meeting up with people and watching the races.
While I didn’t win any money, I had a blast catching up with friends and cheering for horses. I got some sun and built a fabulous photo album (posted on Flickr).
I am one fifth of the way through my San Diego STAY-cation agenda. I hope the rest of my plans work out this well!
*A staycation is a lot like a vacation, you just stay where you are and do vacation activities from home.
