I Own a Penthouse! (How Solara Lofts is Making it Easier to Say These Famous Words)
Posted by Cliff Mensch | Leave A Comment »
Only a select few people can say that “I own a Penthouse!” – while there are many people who live in downtown San Diego, only a small percentage are actually living on a penthouse level.
If you want to be one of those people, you are in luck!
Solara Lofts has just released it’s entire Penthouse level! The Developers of Solara Lofts are kicking off this incredible opportunity by offering the “Builders Best Home of the Week.”
Unit 809: features 1356 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It includes 3 parking spaces, a double sized storage unit, 2 years HOA dues paid, granite finishing and 12 foot ceilings.
This home was originally priced at over 1 million dollars!! But as part of the “Builders Best Home of the Week” it is now $829,900! And there is more — a designer will work with you and your $30,000 allowance to customize the unit any way you want it!
Some of the features homeownership at Solara Lofts gets you : Club Solara, a day spa, the only racquetball court in a residential community (downtown) and a gym. All included in you association dues!
Solara Lofts offers VA (0 down) financing as well as FHA financing with only a 3.5% down payment. Conventional loans are available, too.
Solara Lofts is located at 1551 Fourth Ave in downtown San Diego, CA; it’s within the prestigious 92101 zip code. Solara Lofts is very close to the Gas Lamp district, Little Italy and the Ball Park (go Padres!).
The Sales center is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 5 pm or later by appointment. You can call the office at 619-231-2400 or visit the website www.solaraloftsnews.com

Magic Number hits at Solara Lofts!

That magic number is 51%.
When Solara lofts obtained it’s last sale, that pushed the percent sold to over 51%!
The significance of this is now the community can close FHA and VA loans as well as conventional! VA buyers can come and purchase with zero down. FHA purchases with only 3.5% as a down payment; talk about magic that’s great!
The second magic number is 18. That’s right Solara sold out of it’s original Builders Best Priced Homes(18 homes priced to GET THEM SOLD ) and we did!
The sales rate for Builders Best was about 2/week! Solara just received another 18 for Builders Best The sequel!
