Real Living Lifestyles has the pleasure of announcing Jeff DeChamplain as a 2012 Individual Top Producer, ranking #3 in gross commission income and #8 in most transactions closed. DeChamplain has consistently been in the top three in overall results for the past three years. This year his passion and dedication to his clients has also earned him the Gold award in the La Costa/Encinitas Office. The Gold Award is nominated and voted for by agents at the brokerage. This rating is based on a survey of recent home buyers and industry experts to find real estate agents who scored highest in overall satisfaction. Recently DeChamplain launched a new website, Real Estate Surf Report, where clients can access pertinent real estate information all in one place. Clients are able to use the website to search homes, be notified of upcoming listings, and pull market reports on recent activity in their neighborhoods, with the option to subscribe to monthly reports via email.
