Two Rentals Needed (RB, Poway,PQ,Scr Ranch,4S, Carmel Valley)
I need two rentals if you have anything coming up

1. Westwood in RB, prefer house but condo ok, min 3, prefer 4 bedrooms, for relocating family from east coast. Couple of kids, no pets. Can go up to $2400
2. Built 1990 or newer in Bern Hts, CMR, or Sabre Springs preferred. Prefer house but consider condo. Could go RB, 4S, Scripps Ranch, Poway, PQ, Carmel Valley. Min. 3 bedrooms, prefer 4 or a den, or enclosed porch. Must have good parking for visitors. Up to $2400.
