Sandi Hadley Raises $45,000 for Project Concern (PCI)

Sandi Hadley, of the Hadley Home Team at Real Living Lifestyles Real Estate, recently chaired her 10th annual Day at the Races for Project Concern International (PCI) at the Del Mar race track. The event raised approximately $45,000 for the charity and has set a record at the largest fundraising event held in the El Patio Room of the Turf Club for the past 6 years with 475 people attending. “Some people have attended this event 10 years in a row,” said Sandi.
UPS was the largest sponsor again this year, presenting a $10,000 check to Project Concern at the event and indicated they would like to sponsor the event again next year. Some of their officers came from Texas to attend this event.
PCI is a leading international health organization based in San Diego that helps save the lives of children and families around the world by preventing disease and providing access to clean water and nutritious food. PCI touched the lives of nearly 5.5 million people last year.

Her amazing energy has resulted in her nickname “energizer bunny”. Hadley also combines the fundraiser with her annual Client Appreciation Day by inviting her clients to attend the event. Guests enjoyed an exciting day of horse racing, great food, and strolling mariachis with all funds benefiting a worthwhile cause. Prizes were raffled off after each race with the top prize being a week’s ski trip to Lake Tahoe including airfare.
