Windermere Exclusive Properties announced that Bob Daniels III, a Realtor in their La Costa Encinitas Branch Office, was just awarded a special proclamation from Sacramento. The California Assembly issued a resolution to honor community leader Bob Daniels for his lifelong commitment to volunteerism and educating his community in the fields of banking and real estate finance.
“Bob has been a consistent source of support and leadership for his community,” Assembly Speaker Karen Bass (D-Los Angeles) said. “His acumen in banking and real estate has helped bring Californians financial success in the midst of a recession. At the same time his tireless volunteer efforts have helped sustain progress in health and other areas. We need our most capable citizens to wear multiple hats and Bob Daniels has done just that for his community.”
Formerly from the Bay area, Bob Daniels grew up in San Francisco where he attended San Francisco State University, majoring in Finance. As a former Bank Manager, District Manager and Senior Lending Officer, Bob has spent the last 36 years educating clients, students and mentees in the fields of banking and real estate finance. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Urban Financial Service Coalition, San Francisco Chapter, and has served as a Treasurer and Board Member of the American Cancer Society of Santa Clara County.
Bob and his wife live in North County San Diego, and have two grown children.
”It is an honor to have received recognition from Speaker Bass and the Assembly for something that I had a passion for doing all my life. It is the same passion, dedication and experience that I bring to my real estate clients every single day,” Bob commented.
