Rancho Bernardo (RB) is a great place to live. With localized community centersproviding a hub for sports and creative activities; hiking trails in San Dieguito Park;the new bicycle/walking bridge over Lake Hodges; plus new transit and HOV lanes contribute to a high demand for the Rancho Bernardo lifestyle.
Sellers are even enjoying multiple offers on well priced homes.

I was looking for a home in this area but one thing that was making me re-consider was the bad traffic in the area and how I would have to battle that every day since I work in downtown San Diego.
