On December 20, 2009, Exclusive Properties Branch Manager and director of Business Development Rich Johnson pumped up the buzz for Exclusive Properties on AM 600 KOGO radio. With the opportunity to share all the excellent technological initiatives going on with our company (as well as brag about all of our Facebook fans,) Rich conveyed the excitement felt among all agents and staff at Exclusive Properties.

The Exclusive Properties Brand is becoming more established and recognized as the eighth office opened in December- and there is more growth ahead. Our company stands out and ahead by staying on the cutting edge of technology, and the use of social media, web marketing- and extensive education and training in both- has contributed to Exclusive Properties’s continued growth and success. Rich gave updates on the latest real estate market trends, and then Rancho Bernardo Agents Cay and Carly Bohnsack were invited to comment as well on the market and their team.
