Detached homes (2 to 3 bedrooms) range from $435,000 to $560,000 and Attached homes (1 to 2 bedrooms) range from $168,000 to $299,000.

THE BERNARDO WINERY is located within the Oaks North neighborhood. It was founded in 1889 and is San Diego’s oldest operating vineyard and Winery. Winery and Tasting Room is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. While at the Bernardo Winery you may also want to visit the Village Shops, Cafe Merlot or the Sweet Pea Coffee Shop.
OAKS NORTH COMMUNITY CENTER is a private facility for residents of 55+ years. Certain activities such as dance classes, wood crafts and ceramics are offered at various times of the year. Facilities include:

OAKS NORTH GOLF COURSE is a public executive style course. There are three 9-hole (par 30 each) fairways lined with beautiful Oaks North homes. Walk on fees accepted. Memerships are available, which allow golfers to enjoy 6 courses: Rancho Bernardo Inn, Temecula Creek Inn, Twin Oaks, Oaks North, Encinitas Ranch and Reidy Creek. There is no age restriction on this golf course.
