EASTVIEW, a desirable community in Rancho Bernardo, is located just East of the I-15 in North San Diego County. With it’s pleasing architecture and awesome views from nearly all 334 homes, you would be proud to call EASTVIEW “home”. Most of the homes have low maintenance yards and overlook the Rancho Bernardo Golf Course. This Master Planned community is very private and has an upscale “feel”, which has allowed homeowners to maintain strong property values. There are two community clubs that residents may use when living in Eastview; the Eastview Community Center and Rancho Bernardo Swim and Tennis Club. With nearly perfect year round weather swimming and tennis are year round sports. There are many golf clubs; private and public within a 20 minute drive of this lovely community. It is not age restricted and offers attached as well as detached properties. The homes range in size from 1400-2900+ square feet. Some homes have master bedrooms on the first floor and several are one story floorplans. This community has always been a favorite of mine as it has much architectural interest, charm, a great location near shopping and some drop dead gorgeous views! The prices range from low $500′s-$729,000.
