House Flipping Is Back

It’s back, and boy is it making money for some investors; but house flipping has taken on a whole new meaning. There are more flippers actively involved in the real estate market than there were at the same time last year, and the numbers seem to be growing with the foreclosure rates.
To be successful at flipping you need some tools, like cash, patience and market knowledge, but you do have to be aware of the high risks.
