This number is almost $65,000 higher than the median home price in the city of Temecula, which is $255,000.
These numbers have not had the dramatic depreciation that we are made to think from last year. In November of 2008, The median priced home in Chardonnay Hills was $322,500 and the average market time was 66 days. So, in Chardonnay Hills, home prices have depreciated less than 1 % in the past year and market time has shortened by 27 days.
