Santaluz is a 3,800 acre village located in the San Dieguito River Valley adjacent to Fairbanks Ranch in Rancho Santa Fe. It offers a unique early California setting with an overall density of one home per four acres. There are miles of hiking and biking trails and open spaces. Built around a Ress Jones Golf Course many of the lots are curvilinear offering the best use of the land and views. The other 2 story models offer up to 6 bedrooms and feature bonus rooms, large kitchens, bonus rooms In Early California and Spanish architecture.
