We have 87 homes on the market in the $2 million plus range in 3 small communities. Days on market is between 6 months to 2 years. Nothing is selling. Even when prices are reduced dramatically. Only speciality homes, like Frank Llyod Wright style, or huge lots.
Homes on what have traditionally been prestigious streets are sitting. Unsold. How do you get these sold?
