Time to change our clocks! “Fall Back!”

Well we have some really good news and some still pretty good news. First, the REALLY good news: We get to sleep in a bit this Sunday morning November 1st…yes, we have an extra hour because daylight saving time reverts to standard time on the first Sunday in November. So the official standard time begins this Sunday, Nov 1 at 2:00 am.

Here’s the still pretty good news: Safety Reminder! Many fire departments encourage people to change the batteries in their smoke detectors when they change their clocks because Daylight Saving Time provides a convenient reminder.
Easy to remember… turn the clocks back one hour. Fall season, Fall Back! Don’t worry we’ll remind you in March 2010 to “Spring Forward”!
