Exclusive Properties Welcomes Iris Hirsch and Her Team!

Steve Rodgers, President-Partner of Exclusive Properties, is pleased welcome Iris Hirsch, along with her team, to Exclusive Properties…San Diego’s fastest growing real estate agency.
“I am ecstatic that Iris has decided to join our Exclusive Properties team. With her tremendous business experience and huge success in the real estate industry, she is going to be an important part of our future here at Exclusive Properties; we are thrilled to have Iris and her team with us”, stated Rodgers. 
Iris moved to San Diego in 2001, from Michigan, along with her son Josh. They joined Prudential California Realty in La Jolla. A short time later, Iris’ son Jeremy also joined them bringing more “Hirsch Power” to their team.
Since 2001, Iris has consistently been in the top 1-3% of all agents in the PCR network, nationwide. She recently earned the Legend Award, which goes to the top 1% of agents in the franchise, for 5 consecutive years of achievement.
Iris received her Master’s Degree from Michigan State University in counseling; and finds those skills to be very useful as a Realtor. “It’s all about communication and listening”, she commented.
In addition to her Real Estate career, over the years, Iris has held executive positions with a number of companies, and continues to serve as a business consultant. She believes that the key to a successful life is to work hard and play hard, be accountable and give back.
Also joining Iris at Exclusive Properties is Jeremy Hirsch, who has worked with many buyers and sellers throughout San Diego; and Kacie Miller, Iris’ executive assistant.
