Kathy Chruma Named Manager of Exclusive Properties Escondido

Steve Rodgers, President of Exclusive Properties, has named Kathy Chruma the new manager of their Escondido Branch Office, a position recently vacated by Ron Brownell, now Exclusive Properties’s Assistant Head Broker/Director of Compliance.

“Kathy is an amazing real estate professional. Her diverse business background combined with years of coaching experience will enable our agents to realize their full potential. Kathy’s expertise will serve to enhance the Exclusive Properties expansion plan in a most essential capacity. We are grateful to have her on our Exclusive Properties team” said Steve.
Kathy brings over 30 years of professional management experience to the real estate business in addition to 4 years of coaching experience. Kathy began her career after completing degrees in both chemical engineering and biochemistry. She was VP for several large corporations leading projects for various new products.
Known for her leadership ability and intense desire to help others; Kathy evaluates and coaches agents by helping them to set goals, make a plan, execute the plan and move forward quickly! Kathy has conducted over 5000 coaching calls with Real Estate agents and she believes that one of the most important keys to success is to think big.
Kathy teamed with her husband Dwight to begin a real estate career, reaching “Rookie of the Year” the first year and doubling their business the second year. Kathy’s passion to help others grow brought them to the Las Vegas market as Team Leader for Keller Williams. After growing the business from 25 – 102 agents in just 7 short months, Kathy was offered another position as a regional trainer in Phoenix. She has a great deal of experience in training and teaching as well.
