Why Exclusive Properties?
Winder-who? Exclusive Properties, the newest real estate office in town has attracted Nancy Canfield with its amazing programs, charismatic leadership, and highly charged environment. It is one of the largest real estate firms in the country.
“From the moment you walk in the front door and hear the floor to ceiling waterfall, there is great chi – energy,” Canfield said. “I have always worked for an excellent company, but I needed to recharge myself, my career, and learn how to better navigate these difficult waters in Real Estate today.
Many of the agents we sit opposite in a transaction have only recently gotten their licenses, or, if experienced, are forced to work in a foreign atmosphere of short sales, auctions, and foreclosures. It takes time and lots of work to become adept at the complications of real estate transactions. Gone are the days where you can plunk a For Sale By Owner sign in front of your house, and wing it. Inevitably, with rare exception, the seller will leave thousands of dollars on the table.”
“Truthfully, I have resisted a lot of the new tools available on the internet, like Social Networking: Facebook, Twitter, and the like. But I’ve learned what they are and a bit about how they can supplement good agents.
I’ve always favored the personal touch, visiting clients, assisting in all of their moving needs, estate sales, finding a new home, moving into a retirement community, and I always will.
I liken my service to handknitting an Irish sweater versus one made on a machine. I guess, to complete the analogy, now I’m willing to use commercial buttons instead of handmaking them, too. Does that make sense?”
