Windermere Wins Silver Medal in 11th Annual “Best Of” Reader’s Poll

Windermere Exclusive Properties won the Silver Medal in the Real Estate Company category of the 11th Annual “Best Of ” reader’s poll, conducted by the San Diego Ranch Coast Newspaper Group.
Readers of the Rancho Santa Fe Review, Carmel Valley News and Del Mar Village Voice recognize Windermere as a favorite choice for real estate in San Diego.

Rodgers and the managers of Windermere opened three new offices and hired hundreds of real estate agents in the past two months. The entire team is dedicated to improving the real estate experience for San Diego.

What’s going on at Windermere?
June 19th marks the 26th Annual Community Service Day for Windermere and all San Diego offices will be participating in a duel location blood drive as well as a canned food drive.
Windermere secured the Title sponsorship for the Santaluz Club’s Summer Music Festival this year. The Festival is the biggest social event of the year for the private golf club.
In addition to sponsoring a table at the Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Spring Fling Gala, Windermere also filmed and photographed the event. Their in-house multimedia studio created a video montage that will serve the Center for years to come.
Windermere is now the Exclusive Listing Agent for Cabo Vinorama Estates a project in their New International Division.
