Windermere Real Estate Sponsors Santaluz Club’s 2009 Summer Festival

Title sponsorship for the Santaluz Club’s Summer Festival this year has been secured by Windermere Real Estate, according to the private golf club and Windermere Exclusive Properties, President Steve Rodgers. Also announced as the Gold sponsor for the July 18th Santaluz Club signature event for members and guests is Sprouts Farmers Market.
Some of rock music’s most enduring legends and one of the industry’s most popular rising stars will be featured at this year’s outdoor concert. The three headlining entertainers are: Eli Mattson, the amazing pianist and runner up on 2008’s America’s Got Talent, Starship with Mickey Thomas, known for “We Built this City” and “Sara”, and a finale with the amazing lead singer of Kool & The Gang, Skip Martin.
The Santaluz Club’s Summer Music Festival is the biggest social event of the year for the private golf club. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with a reception featuring a tapas-style food promenade. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. Members and their guests have two levels of tickets to choose from, ranging from $135 to $165. Each year attracting more than 1,000 guests, the Summer Festival provides a wonderful venue for corporate sponsors. A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for the event, according to Edward Granger, Clubhouse Director (858-759-3124).
Announced in late February as president of Windermere Exclusive Properties, Steve Rodgers is working to expand the company’s presence in San Diego. He joined the partnership of Windermere Exclusive Properties founded by Mark Loscher and Jim Browne eight years ago. The existing firm has offices in Carlsbad, La Costa, Carmel Valley and Escondido. Rodgers plans to serve homeowners through offices in Fairbanks Ranch, Del Mar and the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area. Showcasing the Santaluz Club lifestyle, the 2009 Summer Festival will be held on the largest practice facility in San Diego County and part of the Rees Jones-designed championship golf course, which is enjoyed exclusively by golf members and their guests. The Santaluz Club also includes the numerous amenities of the 35,000-square-foot Santaluz Clubhouse and Spa, as well as the 19,000-square-foot Hacienda Santaluz.
