Eileen Schwartz Named Director of Education for Exclusive Properties

Exclusive Properties is in the fortunate position of hiring noted professional Eileen Schwartz as the new Director of Education and Training. Apart from her real estate background Eileen Schwartz will be offering both new and veteran agents alike the most cutting edge training program in the industry that includes personal development support.
As a 13 year veteran of real estate, Schwartz has excelled as both an agent and an educator. Schwartz brings a unique coaching structure to the Exclusive Properties team because she is also a certified trainer for Life Success Consultants, a Bob Proctor organization.
Additionally, she has been a certified personal coach since 2002 and has conducted thousands of coaching sessions for top real estate agents all over the United States. She has worked with a majority of the best real estate coaches in the business and now sets her focus on Exclusive Properties Continuing Education Program. The program will guide both new and veteran agents in the direction they need to succeed.
As the market continues to evolve, so does Eileen Schwartz’s technique to selling homes and teaching new agents how to sell homes. “I love the industry and how it changes daily. We are always finding ways to do a better job for the clients that need us. In most cases property is the single largest purchase someone will ever make and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I love helping people create wealth through real estate.”

In her final year with Keller Williams Realty she took over as the Productivity Coach and was also certified as a Regional Trainer.
