Marie Jo Atkins Joins Exclusive Properties Real Estate

Marie Jo Atkins first got into real estate in the early 90′s when she decided to sell her house as a “For Sale by Owner” listing. Like most “For Sale by Owner” listings she had no success and opted to use an agent after only a month on the market. She spent each day with her agent paying close attention to detail and developing an understanding for the San Diego Real Estate Market. It didn’t take long after the house sold for Marie Jo to get her license and begin a successful career in real estate.
Marie Jo Atkins has been in real estate for some 15 years, specializing in the high end luxury market. However, she is just as comfortable serving first time buyers or buyers in the lower price ranges. She does it all!
In her first year she earned Rookie of the Year honors for her success in the North County Inland areas. In 2003 she had her best year to date selling 101 homes worth a total of $115 million. Her successes have been steady throughout her career as she has maintained the title of “Number One North County Inland Agent” in San Diego since 2003.
Recently Marie Jo Atkins joined Exclusive Properties and their new president Steve Rodgers. She will be working at the Rancho Bernardo location with the rest of her staff, including Vicki Pellegrini. Vicki has been a resident of Poway since 1986 and has been a licensed agent since 1994. She and Marie Jo have worked together for almost ten years and have developed a common agency affiliation into a working partnership and lifetime friendship.
Also joining Marie Jo and Vicki will be Sue Robertson, Jamie Wimmer, Cathy Busick, Tiffany French, Agnes Vidacs, Tina Evangelisti, Jackie Johnston and her daughter Lelia Olenik.
