Dixie Courtney Joins Windermere Exclusive Properties as a Branch Manager

Dixie Courtney, a real estate veteran of nearly 30 years, has joined Windermere Exclusive Properties as Branch Manager of the Carmel Valley office and all future Del Mar office locations.
Courtney is known for her ability to properly evaluate and attract real estate agents with the highest level of integrity and performance.
“Dixie’s expertise will serve to enhance the Windermere expansion plan in a very vital capacity,” said Steve Rodgers, president of Windermere Exclusive Properties. “She is definitely a people person, who cares about others. Exactly what we need to attract the best agents.”
“Her innate ability to attract agents who will easily meld with our environment and culture adds a very important dimension to the company’s plans for expansion into new markets.”

Courtney most recently was branch manager for the Prudential California Realty Del Mar office.
Under her leadership the office was in the National Top 10 offices three times during a seven-year period.
