Exciting New Condominium community ( The COURTYARD)

I am excited about a new community called the Courtyards. It’s a 4 story building located at 4391 El Cajon Blvd. The area has an urban feel and is in a transitional area. The homes prices are going to be subsidized by several local grants and attractive financing.

You might ask yourself am I crazy to buy given the state of the market ? In my not so humble opinion, if you have a job but not a house, this is the best time to buy a condo or house.
If we aren’t at the bottom we are close! By the time the news hits the headlines that the market is getting better, you’ll be late to the party! The other way to look at it is: you need shelter anyway! Buy something you can afford and you will be golden!
