Windermere Launches Premier PropertiesProgram for Upscale Homes

Windermere Exclusive Properties launched a special program for upscale listings in San Diego. The Premier Properties program, which has enjoyed more than a decade of success in other cities, gives Windermere’s agents access to valuable resources proven to facilitate high-end transactions.
“We want our agents to have the best tools available,” said Rich Johnson, branch manager. “The Premier Properties program gives our agents a competitive advantage in the luxury home market.”
The program was designed as a networking tool to encourage the sharing of effective marketing strategies among Windermere agents, and has grown to encompass a wide range of added benefits.
Premier Properties allows agents to highlight exceptional listings with exclusive advertising opportunities, distinctive signage, specially tailored direct marketing campaigns and premier placement on the Windermere website.
“When you see the Premier Properties logo, you know that you are looking at an exceptional home,” said Johnson.
Windermere appointed 16 of their top agents in San Diego as Premier Directors who recommend properties for the program. The directors evaluate properties on their condition, uniqueness, price and architectural interest. Each month the directors meet to network and share their premier listings.

Debra Pestrak Speaks at Windermere Company Meeting

Debra Pestrak, the nationally recognized peak performance expert and author of Playing with the Big Boys & Girls in Real Estate joined Windermere on May 8, 2007 for their monthly office meeting.
“At Windermere, we always encourage training,” said Jim Browne, one of the company’s founders.“It is great to have someone as accomplished as Debra join our meeting.” Pestrak has more than twenty years experience of in-depth research on top performers.
She interviewed the #1 producing Real Estate Agents and Fortune 500 executives across the U.S., gathering an arsenal of performance know-how. Pestrak uses her vast experience to help clients advance their businesses and careers to the next level.
“I read her book two years ago when it came out and I recommended it because of the way that the interview process is presented,” said Rich Johnson, branch manager. “It is easy to understand and shows how to conduct your real estate business in a variety of ways. Agents enjoyed Pestrak’s enthusiasm, describing her as upbeat and energetic.The Carlsbad-native spoke about her background and what she learned from her extensive interactions with highly successful professionals.
